lil shop of taurus does not typically offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on any items offered for sale on my website. However, my customers are always priority so please email me with any concerns you may have and I will be happy to discuss.
Please inspect the product pictures of all items carefully before purchasing them. The items that we carry are hand-made and have imperfections that mights appear to be defects. These are not to be considered defects and are best described as features of the creation process.
Care instructions are provided for individual items and following these instructions will help keep colors from fading and products in the best possible condition. Care for products is the customer’s responsibility and the quality of the cord color, crystals, or moss is not warranted by lil shop of taurus.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with picture proof if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send all related issues directly to lilshopoftaurus@gmail.com.
Refunds
If eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be shipped in appropriate packaging and shipping costs are your responsibility. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, I will initiate a refund on your original payment method or offer a replacement item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
